Black American psychiatrists involved in massive killings

Black American psychiatrists, along with their non-black physician associates, have authorized the massive slaughter of more people who could have otherwise had productive lives, including other black people, than have been slaughtered in massacres in the Congo, Rwanda, and other parts of Africa!
