Psychiatric labels are nothing but fraud with absolutely no scientific validity behind them. And yet, these labels are used in courts of law to deprive people of their rights and property.  The psychiatrists set themselves up as experts in helping people with emotional problems and get millions of dollars in funding and yet the result of their tyrannical quackery is absolutely no cures and many lives completely ruined.

The U.S. Justice Department Has Been Setting Sane People Up To Be Ruined With Psychiatry

The criminally abusive US Justice Department has been working with the deviant psychiatrists to sadistically set perfectly sane and law abiding people up to be intentionally misdiagnosed as mentally ill, drugged and railroaded into mental hospital concentration camps and to be hit with swift, fixed kangaroo court proceedings to legalize this ignorant tyranny. Dear Jim,

Although clearly I agree completely with  you that the drugs being prescribed by the psychiatrists are horrible and are associated with school shootings and a lot of other misfortune, I want to impress that I think this is far from the only problem we are being confronted with in dealing with psychiatry which leads to wasted lives.

Aside from the cruel stigmatization based on erroneous and unscientific psychiatric labels which the psychiatrists and the government enforce, there is the catastrophic problem of swift civil psych cases with no juries and no sworn in testimony being used to wipe out lives. It has been my finding that even in the absence of any criminal charges or convictions these sham cases are being used by the psychiatrists to cruelly permanently shut down people's lives as far as possible with the FBI, US Attorney Generals office and police using these cases as a rational to enforce blacklists as far as they can, which is generally pretty far if you are not an actor or actress, for the remainder of people's lives.

The victims of these sham proceedings, where any two physicians, generally a psychiatrist and another physician briefly testify before county judges they work with daily, therefore generally can not survive much in this world if at all unless they are from wealthy families who agree to simply give them money. This is happening regardless of how well educated, sane, law abiding, well credentialed and emotionally warm these people are, with it appearing the Justice Department also enforcing the painful isolation of these people by keeping them under surveillance and lying to everyone they contact about their mental health and character in order to hold up these sham cases. Essentially, therefore these civil cases are being used to legalize a form of slow murder in all 50 states across the United States.

I hope PsychRights will address these concerns in 2013.

Life In The United States Has Been Dehumanized Via Electronic Torture

Initially kidnappings to the mental hospitals, which are actually no different than political concentration camps, the highly toxic arsenal of psychiatric drugs, beatings, rapes, isolation chambers, psychosurgery and swift, fixed civil court orders for psychiatric intervention used to legalize this barbarism were the primary arsenal of weapons used by the US government and psychiatrists against the random targets of US government styled psychological tyranny. In more recent years satellite transmitted electronic torture has also become a part of the arsenal of madness of the "US Psychiatric Torture and Killing Machine". Sadistic US federal agents are paid huge salaries to sit behind computers which direct satellite transmitted electromagnetic waves into the brains of anyone in the country or overseas at anytime. The technology behind this is similar to the technology used for mobile phones and satellite TVs with the human brain being used as transmission and reception centers. And so not only has Uncle Sam been directing high powered electromagnetic waves into people's brains in order to dangerously disrupt normal brain functioning and create abnormal thoughts and behaviors in people, these agents have also been using this technology to actually read people's minds. All of this is used to drive people into states of hysteria mimicking mental illness. A Memo to Gary Johnson, Libertarian Party candidate for President of the United States in 2012

Dear Gary Johnson,

 

As you may know I voted for you in the presidential election. 

 

Since than I fear I may have made a tragic error by contacting President Obama and Governor Cuomo of New York State online about my concerns dealing with victims of psychiatry being kept out of work instead of being assisted by the government to get to work in healthy manners. I have been hit with intense surveillance and overnight what little money I was making struggling to survive online from my reporting began to fade into nothing. I have my immigrant wife from Vietnam and our two charming grade school children to care for and so this is really creating a horrible problem.

 

If you have any advice to help me recover from this shock please let me know. 

 

Also, it is my position that the country is in such serious trouble the future is highly uncertain and a third party candidate could win the presidential election sometime in the future if the country survives once it becomes clearer and clearer for the public the Democrats and Republicans are just up to their old dirty tricks and taking the country and tens of millions of decent people and their families down a dark path of pain and suffering.

A Memo to President Putin

Dear President Putin, 

I agree with your sentiments about the gross hypocrisy coming out of the United States in dealing with human rights. In fact I personally have been literally tortured with blacklists, organized public ridicule campaigns, false arrests, beatings, intentional misdiagnoses with psychiatric illnesses, and enforced isolation for over 30 years by the government of the United States in efforts to crush my natural mental health care reform initiatives and in retaliation for my candid reporting on filth, incompetence and corruption across the entire United States. 

In fact the FBI and US Attorney General's office are so sadistic here they feel a full day of my well credentialed, high quality work is worth $1 and they enforce that when they can. I therefore had a thought that if Russia ever wants to retaliate further for the "Magnitsky Act" Moscow could consider the "Mandel Act" and refuse visas for Russia to any Americans involved in human rights violations against Harold Mandel. 

In closing, please keep in mind that I actually have little chance to survive this tyranny for a long life, even though I have two grade school kids to raise along with my wife, who is from Vietnam, to care for, unless I can get international help to get a lot of money for my interests, since I happen to be a peace activist and I suppose when everyone is done here they may simply walk all over my dead body as when Gandhi was murdered in India.

On Losing A Kangaroo Civil Psychiatric Case

When someone loses a civil psychiatric kangaroo court case to a psychiatrist and associated physicians this does not mean the person is mentally ill, incompetent, insane, a criminal, or morally or ethically wrong about anything. And this certainly does not mean the psychiatrist, other doctors, or presiding judge are right about anything. A new withdrawal of support for Obama, the Democrats and Republicans

I am sorry, but I withdrawal my support of Obama and the Democrats and the Republicans again for what I see as horrible hypocrisy in dealing with human rights issues. I completely agree that the massacre in Connecticut was one of the most shocking and horrible disasters in American history. I have two grade school kids myself and I share the deep pain of the families and friends of the kids and others who were killed in Connecticut. However, I perceive of Obama and the Republicans as using this horrible tragedy as an excuse to rationalize the intensification of blacklists and other forms of torture against perfectly sane and peaceful victims of psychiatry. I myself am fighting for my life on a daily basis because of all of this and I receive e-mails on Facebook and elsewhere online often of others sharing similar stories. This is all very sad and I honestly think US government reactionary policies and the pure arrogant ignorance of the American psychiatrists is largely responsible for setting off these senseless killings by people who are not peace activists or whose minds are being dangerously manipulated with the very same toxic psychiatric drugs President Obama and the psychiatrists want more and more people taking. The USA Has A "One Strike With A Spit Ball and You're Out Attitude" In Dealing With Victims of Psychiatry

American psychiatrists, the US federal government, the US states, and the US courts do nothing about life threatening mental health care human rights injustices. There are millions and millions of well educated, highly motivated, and perfectly sane Americans whose lives are wasting away today instead of being utilized productively in school and to earn a nice living at work, because of injustices in the American mental health care system. People are constantly mislead, often from the time they are very young, into thinking psychiatrists are there to serve as good family counselors, school advisors and career advisors, and yet this is not what they do. The psychiatrists ultimately choose to label everyone they see in their offices as having some type of psychiatric problem, even though most if not all of these people are simply dealing with normal variations in everyday living and real medical issues such as malnutrition, colds, flus, being out of shape, allergies, cancer,  and underlying infectious processes.  You would never know psychiatrists actually went to medical school because as soon as they walk into their specialty training positions they all take the easy way out by ignoring the intense intellectual rigors involved in properly ruling out any serious medical illnesses and simply hit everyone they see with psychiatric labels. To make matters worse, if their patients are lucky enough to survive anyway, the psychiatrists always end up throwing them into their mental hospitals, which are actually concentration camps which serve no diagnostic or therapeutic value, prescribe drugs which are toxic poisons which mimic mental illness and worse, and use swift, fixed civil court orders in kangaroo courts which have no juries and no sworn in testimony to legalize all of this. Thereafter, the entire US Department of Justice puts the targets of this tyranny down in legal records as chronically mentally ill and not fit to be in the normal mainstream of life, with a "one strike with a spit ball and you're out attitude," even if the targets of this tyranny were never actually mentally ill to begin with, or even if they were ill and somewhere along the line got better with natural mental health care, and even if they are basically law abiding people who never even  seriously considered getting involved with serious crime. These people perhaps simply made some simple mistakes in life which are no more serious than littering, going 5 miles over the speed limit, or parking in a no parking space. Although all normal human beings are likely to make some minor mistakes like these in life, instead of allowing them to settle for this, take a slap on the wrist, and move on in life, the psychiatrists catastrophize anything they can come up with in dealing with their victims to make them out to appear to be hard core criminally insane individuals, when in fact this is generally far from the truth. The bottom line is it is therefore actually the psychiatrists who come down as being diabolically insane sadists. People from every walk of life who could have lead perfectly productive lives end up leading wasted lives because of the stigmatization from all of this, which the psychiatrists themselves enforce in order to feed off of their victims and in order to avoid ever coming across as appearing to have been wrong about their labels and other dangerous and painful interventions. The US feds and governors claim the legal rights of people are protected from such injustices under the laws of the United States, and yet any such laws are not generally enforced. In fact the feds constantly enforce the cruel and life threatening surveillance and blacklists of the victims of psychiatry by telling potential employers they would advise them not to deal with people who have seen psychiatrists and who have survived this treachery. And than when the victims of psychiatry themselves try to get something done about all of this by contacting their elected officials, perhaps right up to the White House, the feds move in to advise the elected officials these people should not be dealt with and that's what the psychiatrists are there for. This attitude does not make sense, and if anything the victims of psychiatry should be protected from the psychiatrists and should be asked to testify before the US Congress and other independent investigatory bodies about what has been done to them. Instead what has evolved is a literal locked in system of tyranny which victims of psychiatry generally can not escape from.

The US Government Assists Psychiatrists In Creating and Enforcing States of Being Which Mimic Chronic Mental Illness

The American Psychiatric Industry of Enslavement, Torture and Death is a very lucrative industry which has gained the support of lawmakers across all 50 states. While putting across the pretense that psychiatry has been developed to in some manners help people prevent and cure mental illness based on heavy handed propaganda to the public, this highly destructive discipline is actually being used to get rid of the fall out from societies mistakes, therefore helping the states and federal government across the United States to keep down the unemployment figures by actually taking the targets of psychiatric tyranny out of considerations of the normal statistics in dealing with the population. It is conceivable the unemployment rates would soar past 50% in every state in the country if the "living dead", or the victims of psychiatry, were taken into account. And most, if not all, of the victims of psychiatry are very well educated, warm hearted, ambitious people who just never got the right healthy opportunities with proper support systems in life. A system of treachery has evolved across the nation to crush dissent by the targets of this tyranny by organizing the general public to simply deal with them as if they are mentally ill, even though they are not. The US government, which of course denies it endorses such an abusive system, is nevertheless directly involved in organizing the society in such manners via the US Department of Justice which insists it has the right to violate the legal rights of these people daily and to spread malicious lies about the well being of these people while keeping them under intense surveillance and badgering them. The bottom line is people targeted to be wasted in the American society in such manners are being told they are who they are not, that they have feelings they do not have, that they have criminal intentions which they do not have, that they hate mankind when in fact they are usually peace activists who are trying to nurture a better side of mankind, that they are not motivated to get ahead in life, when in fact they are highly motivated to do so, and that they lack feelings for significant others in their lives and are simply sexual predators, when in fact they are generally very emotional people who feel deeply for significant others in their lives and who simply have the same normal sexual needs as anyone else. The targets of this abuse are brainwashed or forced to take highly toxic psychiatric drugs which actually mimic mental illness or worse. They are also railroaded into mental hospital concentration camps which serve no diagnostic or therapeutic value. Swift, fixed kangaroo civil court proceedings with no juries and no sworn in testimony are used to legalize this tyranny in a conveyer belt fashion daily. If the victims of this tyranny are fortunate enough to have some money and decide to leave the country to try to start a new life overseas the US Department of Justice maliciously wires into foreign governments that these people are seriously mentally ill and should not be allowed to study or work overseas and that they should be kept under intense surveillance if the foreign countries choose to allow them to enter, even in the total absence of any criminal records or affiliations with any criminal organizations. After this all goes on for years and years and even decades the US government and American psychiatrists have succeeded in creating a picture of chronic mental illness in their victims who generally spend a lifetime out of work and on the fringes of society economically, even though generally they could have had perfectly productive lives with good financial gain if only they had been offered the same opportunities and support systems as others who share their same levels of intelligence, education and ability.

The Psychiatrists Are Monsters Who Create Diagnoses and Legal Records To Ruin People

The psychiatrists are monsters who along with other doctors and judges who support their tyrannical quackery create diagnoses based on their subjective whims and who thereafter create civil legal records against perfectly decent, sane, competent, and law abiding activists who are primarily, but not always, poor. These civil legal records are created in swift, fixed kangaroo court proceedings with no juries and no sworn in testimony across all 50 American states daily. Any two licensed physicians, generally a psychiatrist and another physician, testify briefly at these sham proceedings which make a total mockery out of all humane concepts of justice and democracy. Often the psychiatrists work directly with brutal cops to cover-up for police brutality with these cases by insisting records of false arrests with dropped charges in the criminal justice system somehow manifests a poor background on the part of the targets of such police brutality. The psychiatrists, who have now created civil records for people they claim they are trained to help, are than used by the psychiatrists as what they call evidence to insist that their victims need their help both for the duration of the court orders they get for forced, unwanted and unnecessary intervention, and thereafter for the remainder of their lives. The psychiatrists work as hard as possible to create a revolving door situation of abuses for their victims by instructing the police and federal agents thereafter not to allow these people to get good jobs, if any jobs at all, based on the records they have created against the very people they have forced into being their patients in such manners. The associated created and enforced poverty often drives the victims of the monster psychiatrists out into the streets and back into the psychiatric hospital concentration camps when the police thereafter pick them up off of the sidewalks. The targets of this brutality are generally extremely well educated, sensitive activists who have a lot to offer their families and the society if only given a chance, and who could be earning a nice living if not for the psychiatrists themselves. And the FBI has made it clear their agents deal with these sham county  civil court cases which take a few moments to roll through the psychiatric kangaroo civil courts daily, as if they are credible federal cases.  And all along the county judges who preside over these cases are simply a part of a crooked, abusive psychiatric system who fuel huge profits for the diabolically insane psychiatrists and for themselves in such manners. Anyone in any walk of life across the United States or elsewhere who supports these sham proceedings as being credible and assists with the cruel stigmatization and associated blacklists of the victims of psychiatry ranks as cruel and criminal human rights abusers who are fueling the most horrible genocide of its kind in world history. And all along in efforts to crush dissent, which is an inherent value which deserves respect in all democratic systems, the psychiatrists and their followers insist that anyone who protests this cruelty is dealing with denial and lack of judgment and is suffering from horrible mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, in efforts to undermine the credibility of the criticisms of the tyrannical psychiatrists.

The Psychiatric Hunger Games

 The selection process for whom shall be tormented, enslaved, tortured and murdered by psychiatrists is similar to the selection process in the well liked movie, "The Hunger Games". This movie has held great appeal for many people clearly because it has helped people relate to how genuinely insane our society has really become, and in real life, psychiatry is right at the heart of the matter. There are always highly well educated people who were headed for great success in life who often raise the question again and again, but why me, when his or her old friends, associates, family members and others have generally done and thought the same things in life and in fact at times have been what is often referred to as 'more off the wall' in dealing with such sensitive issues as drugs, alcohol, sex and investing. The chronically abusive psychiatrists and Justice Department people always hit back with that, well in your case you are after all mentally ill and well these other people can get away with doing the same type of things because they are simply not mentally ill. This is of course an absurd notion for people who understand the truth about how psychiatric diagnoses are made to begin with. There are no biological markers for the myriad of mythical diagnoses of the psychiatrists. And the evolution of these diagnoses in the first place takes place in totally unscientific settings where the psychiatrists simply vote labels into or out of existence based in their passing whims. So, the bottom line is people labeled with such trendy and horrible labels as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder generally do not actually suffer from mental illness and they were simply sadistically chosen by people who generally have more money and power than them to be sacrificed to feed the "Psychiatric Industry of Enslavement, Torture and Death." Second, these drugs actually do not target real illnesses the diagnoses of which have no biological markers to begin with and so how does one justify taking such huge risks with these toxic agents when the risk/benefit profiles are so poor and natural interventions with no toxic side effects have been consistently shown to work very well for mental health care. Third, the pharmaceutical firms and psychiatrists themselves adamantly refuse to offer good jobs with proper treatment and pay for the targets of their own interventions, meaning they are simply tyrannical entities who are lying to the public about all of this, as they profit greatly from the pain and suffering they consistently inflict people with.

South African Psychiatrist Organizes Psychiatric Slave Labor Camps In USA

 A native South African psychiatrist, by the name of Dr Theodore Pearlman, who has earned recognition as "The Texas Butcher," has determined manners to abuse an already abusive psychiatric system in the USA to get away with setting up psychiatric slave labor camps in Texas. Dr Pearlman, in the tradition of the past much hated white racist apartheid regimes in South Africa, endorses the use of psychiatry as a brutal weapon to strait jacket personal freedoms of people. He moved to Texas after completing medical school in South Africa and hooked up with reactionary bigots in Houston to help him implement a harsh social caste system via the use of psychiatry. Dr Pearlman has perfectly sane activists lured to the jurisdiction he practices in, in Harris County, from elsewhere in Texas and across the United States, to be kidnapped, drugged and thrown into mental hospitals associated with the University of Texas School of Medicine, which he has lucrative contracts with. His commission rates for beds filled in his mental hospital concentration camps is higher than a managers perks to keep a high occupancy rate at the exclusive Hilton Hotels. Dr Pearlman has worked with killer county judges, such as the well known bigot, Judge Scanlan, to hit everyone brought into his hospital with swift, fixed court orders for psychiatric intervention after exams by him which generally last less than a minute. In this way his tyranny is legalized and he is also paid well by insurance firms and Medicaid for forced, painful and unnecessary outpatient treatment. He also intimidates his victims into not only signing insurance forms, but also into paying him cash. The US feds have been bringing a lot of South African psychiatrists who ran psychiatric slave labor camps in South Africa into the United States who have been helping with this mass extermination of sane social activists with psychiatry. These barbarians were trained to deal with the people they force into being their patients like caged animals in a zoo which is in violation of codes dealing with cruelty to animals. Together, these South African psychiatrists, under the leadership of Dr Pearlman, stand in the forefront of lacking any conscience in dealing with the pain and suffering they intentionally inflict upon people in their brutal crackdown on independent open mindedness, all of which of course has nothing at all to do with mental illness. You Are Not Paranoid If You Think Psychiatrists Are Your Enemies

It appears far more people are crippled and killed a year by psychiatrists and their toxic arsenal of poisonous drugs than by terrorists. So be careful and do not trust anyone who wants you to see a psychiatrist. And remember you are not paranoid if you feel psychiatrists are your enemies. They really are your enemies and will feed off of making you sick for huge profits if they can get their hands on you. This becomes most evident if you decide to exercise what you justifiably feel should be your legal rights to dispute a psychiatrists opinion about your mental health and value of suggested treatment plans, and you find yourself being dragged, beaten and drugged, into court by that psychiatrist. In their swift, fixed civil kangaroo court proceedings psychiatrists testify against your desires, your knowledge of yourself, your freedom, and well than actually against your well being. Obviously any doctors testifying against you in a court of law, just like anybody else who testifies against you in a court of law, is not your friend or your ally in life. There is absolutely no chance for the development of a therapeutic relationship in such settings, whether or not you were ever actually suffering from something or not. There is not actual criminal misconduct necessary for county judges who work with the psychiatrists daily to allow them to run these sham proceedings where there are no juries and no sworn in testimony. Many Americans do not even know such disgraceful court proceedings occur across the nation daily unless they are hit from behind by a psychiatrist and it is than too late for them to save themselves from the legalized tyranny of the psychiatrists. How such sham proceedings came into being where any two licensed physicians, usually a psychiatrist and another type of medical doctor, are allowed to call a case and briefly testify against the freedom and therefore the well being of people is hard to understand, unless we simply accept that the American system for a start is far more filthy and corrupt than meets the eye on the surface. Clearly, the lawmakers from both major parties across the United States have simply devised a cruel system to steal anyone's legal rights at anytime, therefore covering up for their own chronically tragic mistakes in governing the nation in dealing with such growing problems as poverty and homelessness. Dear Libertarian Party,

I just received information in the mail from you and I have held onto it. I want to read more about what the Libertarian Party stands for.

In the meantime, I want to direct a highly controversial question to you which leading Democrats and Republicans have refused to address directly in their dealings with me for decades.

What is your position on mental health care human rights? I do understand that with all of the tragic problems we are being confronted with in this era dealing with the worse economic crisis in modern history and rising rates of hard crime and terrorism along with lingering serious problems in the Middle East and elsewhere worldwide this may appear out of line to suggest the issue I am raising should be on a national political agenda.

However, to the scores of people victimized by psychiatry this is not a ridiculous issue. If you do not recognize the full legal rights of these people to begin with than all of these other issues have no meaning to them since these people are essentially being dealt with as if they are subhuman entities with no place for them within the infrastructure of what makes our country and our world run on a daily basis. I see no place in the U.S. Constitution or in any Supreme Court rulings, since the disgraceful Dred Scott decision, which says that any citizens of the United States are to be dealt with as if they are worth less than other citizens.

The psychiatric diagnoses to begin with have absolutely no credibility from a scientific perspective and yet the courts use these fictional labels to stigmatize and ruin people's careers and lives with a legalization of psychiatric tyranny. This raises some very serious questions about the civil mental health court proceedings across the country, which I view as kangaroo court proceedings which have no juries and no sworn in testimony. 

First, why have all 50 states been allowed to legislate such disgraceful proceedings into law. Second, why is it we must take the position that in dealing with what is referred to as an independent judiciary we have no legal rights to act against county judges who profit from presiding over these sham cases daily. Is it supposed to be the position of our lawmakers that judges are simply allowed to do whatever they want on the bench, which is what these judges are doing? 

This means the county judges and psychiatrists, with support from the states, have set up mini-feudal states across the country which simply administer what they refer to as justice and the law in any manners they desire with no concern for the constitutional rights of the people in their communities and with no concern for U.S. Supreme court rulings which consistently have set legal precedents against such blatant violations of people's human rights in this era. And this situation therefore makes our country a fraud which preaches democratic values, free enterprise with equal opportunities for all, justice and human rights around the world, while denying these fundamental rights to scores of its own citizens daily.

The Reverse Code of Ethics of Jefferson Medical College Has Been Endorsed Nationally

Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania has made it clear for decades there has been a reverse code of ethics dealing with honor codes. Under honor codes in colleges you can be expelled for failing to turn in students who cheat. At Jefferson Medical College the staffs and students have been ganging up on whistle blowers. Whistle blowers have been intentionally mislead about what material to study for exams and graded down on clinical evaluations. They have also been intentionally misdiagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, set back in medical school, blacklisted if they get their MDs and a medical license, locked up by the police, kept under surveillance their entire lives, drugged with toxic psychiatric poisons, thrown into mental hospital concentration camps and pushed into poverty to be thrown out into the streets to starve. The American Lawyers Overall Are Not Doing A Good Job In Psychiatric Mental Health Courts

A lot of potentially very productive lives are being lost daily across the United States to the nations greedy and unethical psychiatrists because many of the lawyers assigned to them are not doing their jobs properly. This tragic state of affairs may be due to a lack of proper training in law school and thereafter to deal with these disgraceful cases or simply a lack of understanding and empathy in dealing with the issues raised in these settings. In many instances another serious problem appears to be that the lawyers assigned to their clients in these sham cases are simply paid well to serve a ceremonial role in court in cases which are actually a fix to begin with. There are no juries and no sworn in testmony at the civil psychiatric court proceedings in all 50 states across the United States where cases are pushed thrrough the courts in a few minutes in a conveyer belt fashion daily. The defendants are generally sane activists, who are primarily poor, and are kidnapped to the mental hospital concentration camps, drugged, beaten, sexually assaulted and thrown into isolation in preparation for their day in court. The psychiatrists who testify against them generally do not do proper histories and physicals, do not run any proper medical testing, and simply see the defendants for a few moments before hitting them with catastrophic labels such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, which the targets of this tyranny of course generally do not suffer from. In all 50 states across the United States the state lawmakers have made it legal for any two physicians, generally a psychiatrist and another physician, to briefly testify before county judges whom these doctors work with daily, in these kangaroo civil court proceedings. The defendants, who are usually drugged, scared and shaken up are not given such advice as to please not speak in court unless requested to do so by the judges, in these cases. Clearly, these defendants are not in a position to represent their own best interests in court and cost themselves their own cases when they speak up in court in their own defense because they are so drugged up and shaken up from already being abused by the psychiatrists, in the mental hospital concentration camps, which are located on the same premises or near these court rooms. And so the defendants generally lose these cases, at least to some degree, with it appearing the judges often not understanding refusing to give the unethical psychiatrists their wishes for hospital committments and instead ordering outpatient treatment, as often happens in the absence of any serious criminal charges if any criminal charges at all, nevertheless still ruins the defendants lives. In other instances the judges of course may simply fully understand they are part a destructive system and sadistically enjoy playing along with all of this. The psychiatrists have their victims tracked by the police for the remainder of their lives, badgered and blacklisted as far as possible if they survive this ordeal, in order to create a social picture of mental illness in their victims, therefore covering for the actions of the psychiatrists. The lawyers in these cases than generally fail to explain to the defendants that even though a judge was present at the proceedings they still have the legal right to sue the responsible psychiatrist and other physicians if they act in a timely manner. And the lawyers in these cases rarely if ever pursue the legal right to appeal these cases to higher courts in a timely manner. And so scores of lives of decent, warm hearted, generally perfectly sane people, who are often social activists and are generally, but not always poor, are catastrophically wasted by the abusive psychiatric system in the United States because of the improper professional conduct of the psychiarists and their own lawyers. And the FBI and U.S. Attorney General's office deal with these cases as if they are as credible as any regular jury trial cases and use them to uphold the blacklists and badgering of the defendants. In fact FBI agents have made it clear they consider this a fair day in court for the defendants. Clearly, these cases are being used to simply dispose of people someone with more money and power wants to get rid of in society, and the psychiatrists, who are actually guns for hire, are willing to help dispose of anyone for the highest bidder.

The lawyers appointed to the defendants speak for a moment in what appears to simply be a ceremonial exercise. They do not explain the right to sue the psychiatrists and state to the defendants and they do not appeal any of these cases. All other Texas lawyers than also refuse to help the defendants in these sham cases, with the state of Texas than insisting it has the right to follow the lives of the targets of these cases anywhere until they are dead, with associated stigmatization and blacklists, if they make it out of Texas alive. And the U.S. feds endorse all of this as being perfectly acceptable under U.S. federal law.

You may want to investigate how EEGs are being abused to label people with mental illness at McCleans Hospital at Harvard, which is considered the nations top psychiatric hospital by the government. The testers do not control for any variables such as sleep, diet, fresh air or lack of fresh air, etc. Clearly, someone run into their dark little room after a six hour car ride and some junk food on the road is going to have a chaotic EEG which can be used to allege an association with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, as opposed to the same person getting a good nights sleep, a long walk in the fresh air in the morning, a healthy breakfast of cereal, fruit, yogurt, wheat bread and orange juice and 20 minutes of Transcendental Meditation! And, still these tests are not necessarily being read properly anyway and they are not reviewed with the patients. Furthermore, they are non-specific to begin with.

Finally, you may want to investigate the clearing fact that New York State, Pennsylvania, California, Hawaii, Arizona, Florida and other states have a policy of trying to keep the targets of this type of psychiatric tyranny from earning 1 penny a year for their work regardless of how well educated, credentialed, sane and law abiding they may be.

U.S. Feds and Cops Use Bad Police Records To Sadistically Have Sane People Labeled as Mentally Ill

Instead of throwing out arrest records when District Attorneys and judges drop all criminal charges against targets of federal and police brutality, these records are passed along to psychiatrists and civil judges who work with them to have the victims of such brutality labeled as mentally ill. There can be several reasons behind such tyrannical moves by the feds and police in the United States. One reason is of course to simply cover-up for brutality by insisting the targets of generally unprovoked hostilities by bad federal agents and cops deserved to be treated as such due to supposed behavioral misconduct associated with alleged mental illness. Other reasons in a society which allows a total breakdown of all respect for democratic freedoms by the psychiatrists and those who work with them entail brutally cracking down on liberal, but perfectly legal behavior, which the feds and police simply do not approve of, such as enlightened sexual attitudes and experiences. Many times the outrage against such legal sexual experiences is based on grotesque violations of privacy rights by the feds and cops. Another common reason for such brutality by the feds and cops is in retaliation for valid complaints of past instances of federal, police and associated psychiatric brutality. Sadism is also of course often a factor in what has therefore become a rigid, totalitarian Psychiatric Police State across the entire United States. And generally the targets of this brutality do not and never suffered from mental illness and are not guilty of any serious crimes if any crimes at all.

Psychiatrists And The Governments Are Creating Criminals:

More than ever before there has been a trend of psychiatrists, the feds and the police pointing to perfectly normal variations in behavior as signs and symptoms of serious mental illnesses. And more than ever before real medical problems, from heat exhaustion to cancer, are being misdiagnosed as serious mental illnesses by the psychiatrists. When the targets of this tyranny are given powerful psychiatric drugs, such as neuroleptics, lithium, abilify, and the antidepressants, their brain chemistry is radically altered and essentially these people become someone else. When the courts and people who are supposedly close to these people, along with the psychiatrists, demand that they take these drugs, this all becomes one of the most horrible and painful human rights injustices imaginable with these people, who are generally very pleasant, intelligent and creative, being told in essence that they are not allowed to exist as who they really are and as what has generally made them a success in life. The altered brain chemistry from the drugs, coupled with inhumane pressures from associated public ridicule campaigns, intense surveillance, social isolation due to the associated stigmatization, broken relationships and marriages from all of this pressure, and created and enforced poverty due to associated blacklists, all radically disrupt these people's normal brain chemistry even moreso. Together these inhumane stressors and the poisonous psychiatric drugs actually undermine all normal drives in these people while often creating morbid states of mind with suicidal and homicidal ideation leading to intent if this dangerous spiral of abusive interventions is not stopped. And so in this manner the psychiatrists, with support of our governments worldwide who support the psychiatrists, are often creating suicidal and homicidal maniacs out of pleasant people who otherwise generally could have lead normal, productive and happy lives.

MNS Human Rights Alert: The US feds and psychiatrists have joined China in torturing a human rights activist physician with blacklists, ridicule, and electronic harassment for over 20 yrs associated with false allegations of mental illness because the physician accidentally ate a bowl of rice worth 25 cents out of his foreign guest house refrigerator at the China Medical University in Shenyang in 1990 and because the Chinese police got away with setting him up with a questionable date with a sexy poor Chinese woman in 1990, when he was single. This physician and his Vietnamese/American wife and children are now suffering in poverty in New York state.
