The attitudes of the Democrats under the Obama administration just like under the past Clinton and Carter administrations in dealing with mental health care issues makes it appear as if the use of the word liberal in dealing with the Democrats is a misnomer. New York Psychiatrist Listed as Leading Mental Health Human Rights Abuser

Onondaga County in Central New York state has been striving to be recognized as a decent family oriented community for decades. Now many residents of this environmentally pleasing region of New York state are disturbed about concerns by human rights groups that this county now ranks at the top of the list of mental health care human rights abuser counties in the world. This clearly is not good for desires to attract investments to this community which it needs to flourish. The heated tensions in this regard began about a year ago when a clearly dangerously elitist psychiatrist at the University Medical Center in Syracuse, Dr Manring, chose to uphold the blatant injustices of a 20 year old mental health care abuse case against a New York state licensed physician which occurred in Texas and upheld the blacklist of Dr Harold Mandel instead of opening up investigations of this case and the associated abuses. Clearly, it is irregular for a New York state licensed physician and native of Pennsylvania who is a member of Phi Beta Kappa from Dickinson College and who has earned honors in the study of psychology and psychiatry and who has a clean criminal record to have been lured to Texas to be kidnapped, beaten, drugged and hit with an intentional misdiagnosis of bipolar disorder with a swift, fixed civil court proceeding ordering 90 days of outpatient treatment used to legalize this tyranny. People who are said to be suffering from bipolar disorder are said to run around in public naked, get involved in credit card fraud schemes, pass bad bank checks, set up frivolous business deals, engage in illegal, risky and excessive sex, gamble heavily and drive their cars recklessly at high speeds among other unusual behaviors all of which this region of New York state has had over a year to see that Dr Harold Mandel does not engage in. And so as a reformist in mental health care as he has always been Dr Mandel figured Dr Manring's department would therefore be the perfect department for him to specialize in psychiatry himself since this is where the well known elderly anti-psychiatry psychiatrist, Dr Szasz, is an emeritus professor. Yet, Dr Manring was rude to Dr Harold Mandel about this interest and dealt with him as if he was a high school drop out when he sent him a short e-mail telling him not to bother applying to the program. The president of the medical center thereafter ignored requests for an investigation of this matter. Now the people in this region of New York are feeling uncomfortable seeing someone with these credentials often searching for lousy jobs just to help pay the bills to help raise his two young kids and to help his immigrant wife from Vietnam out. Dr Mandel, who has developed a following on the Internet for his natural health care interests, nevertheless has always been poor and needed this job to help his family rise out of the ashes of painful poverty. The poverty which Dr Harold Mandel and his family are being subjected to also has New Yorkers uncomfortable with concerns about what horrible things could someday happen to Dr Mandel and his family if the blacklist of his interests is not lifted. People would rather be dead than treated by psychiatrists!

Everyone, including children, whom I have come across whose lives have supposedly been saved by psychiatrists feel they would have been better off dead that is how horrible and painful the psychiatrists have made their one existence in this world. As the USA moves along the path of becoming a mix of a totalitarian fascist police state and a harsh Communist Chinese styled regime the US government has been showing it arrogance in undermining individual rights in the country by asserting its supposed right to refuse proper legal representation for victims of American psychiatry. The preposterous position of the FBI and US Attorney Generals office in dealing with these tormented souls is that they do not deserve or need aggressive legal counsel since after all they are supposedly legally incompetent themselves and in need of the very psychiatrists they need help to fight. Furthermore, to imply someone who wants and needs good legal help is in themselves not legally competent is also preposterous since lawyers themselves often request the legal help of other lawyers when they are dealing with personal legal battles in order to help maintain objectivity in court proceedings and to keep heated emotions which could be costly before the judiciary out of the court rooms. Many judges have a tendency to ruin defendants with allegations of mental illness if they become emotionally dramatic during court room proceedings. Nevertheless, understanding the power of the US Department of Justice in an era in which America has been under heavy space age satellite surveillance for a long time and where the FBI can come up with something on anyone, in order to avoid disbarment proceedings the American lawyers generally do not fight requests by the government not to represent clients or potential clients properly. And so the victims of psychiatry, who generally are not even mentally ill let alone incompetent, are simply left to be eaten alive by the "American Psychiatric Industry of Enslavement, Torture, and Death". Consider for example that due to the aura which exists on America's college and professional school campuses all off the lawyers, and doctors, across the USA, along with everbody else, has skeletons in their closets such as having tried marijuana, drinking heavily now and than at a Saturday night frat party, and having had some kinky sexual affairs on campus. After establishing themselves professionally the lawyers, like the doctors, and other citizens of the country, do not want the government ruining them in retaliation for them challenging the establishment and having these things brought out before the public in efforts to humiliate them. And the establishment to a consistently rigid and reactionary US Department of Justice is one wherein double standards exist and radicals who do not play by the rules of the game and try too hard to change the system are targeted for allegations of mental illness by the FBI if they can not set them up for any criminal charges. The mental illness charge by the government and psychiatrists seems to be as potent as a mini nuclear assault upon one's name, reputation and character. Even convicted felons in federal prisons are scared of the tyranny of the psychiatrists and know they will have a better chance in the American society with a felony record if they survive their prison term than with a civil mental health care charge. And so the bottom line is the feds, who also refuse to allow any physicians to survive in psychiatry who do not go along with their demands, want the power to determine who shall and who shall not survive and become wealthy and powerful in America and the psych abuse weapon gives them the power to knock people they simply do not like out of the American ballgame of a drive for success and wealth. Therefore the USA is actually a complete fraud where only the privileged as chosen by a government which is for the governments interests only enjoy what they insist is democracy and equal opportunity. The US Constitution was not written to leave any citizens of the USA out of the system, but than the psychiatrists came along and devised devious schemes to have citizens thrown out of the system which helps a government which never really wanted to share power with the common folks control the nation in the governments image only. A Comment on My Dealings With the Russians

I am told the FBI has questions about why I flew into Moscow when Gorbachev and the Communists were still in power and although "perestroika" was a reality the "Cold War" was still with us. I think the truth about this has never surfaced because of lies about me from professional enemies who have wanted my mental health care reform initiatives crushed. I offered to work professionally as a physician at  Chernobyl and joked around about a possible defection, even though my Citicards and American Express cards were with me and my U.S. Passport, because I simply wanted a good job with a small flat and a small car in Russia since all of my so-called friends in the professional community across the U.S.A. were retaliating against my allegations that the U.S.A. abuses patients with psychiatry instead of helping them out by blacklisting me from professional positions in a healthy manner for which I had worked hard for and for which I have always been well qualified. I did discuss my mental health care reform initiatives too because the American Psychiatric Association was insisting the Russian psychiatrists be censored for allegedly torturing sane political dissidents. I did not say to the KGB agents and Russian government officials I spoke with years ago that this obviously does not occur in Russia, I simply said it was ironic that the APA was blasting the Russian psychiatrists for doing the same things the American psychiatrists do! Anyway, I never offered to do any type of espionage work for the Russians or for any other nation and I never will. I do not approve of what the U.S. government's poor track record in dealing with human rights for decades but I also do not approve of what all of the other governments in the world have been doing in the area of human rights. I do not favor any of the other governments in other words. And if the Russians had offered me a job and if they had called by bluff about a possible defection I am certain I would have been very saddened about the prospects of giving up my Citicards and American Express card with my American Passport and I would have said I was only kidding and what's the difference anyway since I could always come and go with my U.S. Passport just like I did years later in Vietnam where I was married and had two children! My wife comfortably gave birth to our two children in Vietnam and we had a pretty nice life in Vietnam with the U.S. dollars I could exhange into Vietnamese Dong at the Citi teller ATM in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)!

Psychiatrists Terrorizing Americans With Communist Styled Mental Health Care Court Proceedings Across U.S.A.!

Most Americans do not know about the Communist styled mental health care court proceedings the American psychiatrists have set up across the U.S.A. unless they themselves become victimized by these proceedings. What has happened is that the like-minded diabolically insane American psychiatrists have discovered a clever manner in which to throw the Constitution of the United States in the toilet for their targets of aggression. And due to the powerful propaganda machine of the well funded right wing fanatics in American psychiatry state legislatures have passed laws allowing these sham court proceedings in all 50 American states. What is going on is that daily heavily armed hoodlums working for the state mental health care commissioners follow generally decent, warm hearted, law abiding, and perfectly sane people around their communities based on petty grievances from scorned ex-spouses, sadistic bosses, abusive parents or children, abusive cops and federal agents, abusive teachers and professors, sadistic doctors and nurses, and other abusive people in our society and wait for an opportunity to knock out their victims with fast acting knock out drops in syringes or which are dropped in their soft drinks or water at restaurants and elsewhere. This is the Texas styled manner of "bringing them in" and those hit with this tyranny wake up drugged up in locked wards of mental institutions. In many of the other states the police simply attack the victims of this tyranny, rough them up and have them run into hospital psychiatric wards in handcuffs even though they have generally not done a thing which is illegal. The psychiatrists  and psychiatric nurses in these settings just about always come up with damaging psychiatric diagnoses such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder for every little thing in these peoples lives and shoot them up with powerful neuroleptics which can cause brain, kidney, liver and heart damage before admitting them to their mental hospital concentration camps. Under state laws the psychiatrists can hold these people for about 36 hours without a court order. The county mental health care judges who preside at these hearings in kangaroo court settings work with the psychiatrists to push them through the courts as quickly as possible beginning at about 10AM Monday though Friday. Just like in Communist Chinese court proceedings dealing with important matters there are no juries and no sworn in testimony at these court proceedings which take a couple of minutes even though the lives of the targets of this tyranny are on the line. Any two licensed physicians, generally a psychiatrist and other type of doctor who earns money working with the psychiatrists, briefly testify at these proceedings. The victims of this type of swift American styled mental health care tyranny are generally poor or targets of often successful attempts to drive them into poverty. The judges, who work closely with the psychiatrists, and who are politically well connected to big money in their communities, just about always give the psychiatrists at least some time to ravage the minds, bodies and souls of the already beaten down and drugged up victims of these mental health care human rights abuses. And although there is generally a consensus across the world among well educated people that psychiatry is a pseudoscience which has no biological markers for any of its diagnoses and that therefore no psychiatric diagnosis is for certain the damaging diagnoses associated with these swift civil court proceedings are upheld for the remainder of these people's now pained lives even if it becomes clear they were never actually mentally ill to begin with or even if perhaps they commit themselves to natural mental health care if they survive all of this and get themselves better from whatever they may have been suffering from. And the FBI and U.S. Attorney Generals office under both the Democrats and Republicans deal with these cases as if they are any other valid cases in America and completely ruin the personal lives, academic lives, careers, and other interests of the victims of this tyranny by spreading around any communities they appear in and even overseas that these people have been found to be mentally ill in American courts of law and should not be dealt with seriously by anyone unless they want trouble with the U.S. Department of Justice. This is all the final killing phase of the "American Psychiatric Industry of Enslavement, Torture, and Death" which is the most abusive and ignorant mental health care system in the world. The situation is even worse for children who are terrorized by this tyranny and who because of the psychiatrists may never have another moment to experience this world in a naturally healthy manner after the psychiatrists begin working them over and legalizing their brutality for huge profits.

A Comment on the Structural Defect Position of the American Psychiatrists

The American psychiatrists have claimed since the mid-1990s that it represents progress to take the position that people they label as having mental illnesses have an underlying structural defect in the brain. They have held to this position even though they do not have scientific confirmation of this in any of the people they label as being mentally ill. This can lead to perfectly normal brain tissue being destroyed by these dangerous quacks with highly toxic psychiatric drugs and even psychosurgery. The American psychiatrists also claim that the people they have labelled as being mentally ill can therefore never actually get better. The reasoning of the American psychiatrists is that they insist for example that all of the people they label as suffering from schizophrenia or bipolar disorder share similar traits, which as an aside also is generally not true since these ignorant, incompetent, and unethical doctors rarely even follow the guidelines of their already seriously flawed texts once they make it out of medical school I presume via cheating on all of their exams and via buying high priced copies of their licensure exams from sources which have these exams in Mexico. Anyway, let us consider that 100 school students are hit with a serious epidemic spread of bacterial pneumonia. All of these students will come down with painful symptoms which are similar. And all of the X-rays of the lungs for all of these students will show similar pathology. Is this because all of these students had a structural defect of the lungs to begin with? No, it is likely most if not all of these students had perfectly normal lungs to begin with and they can all be cured if treated aggressively in a timely manner with proper intervention! And remember when it comes to the human brain function determines structure as much as structure determines function. In other words with proper interactions the human brain can change for the better all of the time! And so basically the American psychiatrists are all criminals who have been pushing a fraudulent and dangerous discipline for large profits.

One primary method of madness used against men has been to have them set up with unusually sexy young women who play up to their normal sex drives. From the first day of their internship until the last day of their residency program all they do daily is misdiagnose people with mental illness and abuse them with toxic psychiatric drugs which are poisons, beatings, electric shock treatments, isolation chambers, sexual abuse, emotional degradation, and more. This is all therefore simply a right of passage towards a long and lucrative career of being paid well to help the US government dispose of sane social activists and other random targets of American psychiatric sadism in the nations mental hospital concentration camp system or via having the targets of this tyranny thrown into the streets. And the U.S. government has also been investing heavily in recruiting physicians to become psychiatrists who will blindly uphold the ethos of big profits in crushing the minds and spirits of the American public for huge profits with no questions asked. And the US Attorney Generals Office and FBI consider these cases major cases in the American system and use them to totally ruin the victims for the remainder of their lives even if the swift, fixed court orders for unwanted psychiatric treatment were simply for a short time. The victims of this sadistic tyranny are generally law abiding, intelligent, emotionally warm, sane social activists who are poor or who are intentionally driven into poverty. Most of the victims of American psychiatry end up with arrest records too because of inflammatory reports by the psychiatrists to the US Department of Justice even though these people generally turn out to be mild mannered, pleasant, emotionally stable, law abiding and responsible people. And so American psychiatric tyranny has not just made a mockery out of the entire American health care system, it has also undermined the integrity of the entire American system. This all carries over into cruel blacklists and arrogant and ignorant refusals to recognize the impact of a purist natural mental health care approach on positive mental health care by the psychiatrists with more and more lives wasted in the nations filthy institutions, in the nations filthy ghettos, and on the filthy streets of the nation daily because of the psychiatrists. These abuses are primarily, but not exclusively, directed at the poor across the nation. When wealthy activists too become targeted for such abuses they are facing potential financial ruination which is one of the primary goals of the psychiatrists in dealing with them. Furthermore, it appears that only severly disturbed people would consistently abuse other people in such manners implying all of the psychiatrists are lunatics who are locking up, beating, drugging, misdiagnosing, and ruining people who are often perfectly normal.

Any nation which allows judges to take away the legal rights of people is a fraud. And daily across the USA county judges working with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other doctors take away people’s legal rights to make their own decisions in swift civil court hearings with no juries and no sworn in testimony. This action is based on psychiatric testimony dealing with allegations of mental illness which have no valid scientific credbility. And so more often than not perfectly sane and law abiding people with a high degree of emotional intelligence find that the US Constitution which they may have been impressed with in their American history studies has absolutely no meaning for them due to malicious moves by the psychiatrists to feed off of their one life in this world. And in view of the fact that this can actually happen to any citizen of the USA at any moment, including not just the very poor but also the very wealthy, as we often see in cases in Hollywood, the entire United States is a fraud which preserves Constitutional rights for the exclusively well connected in legal and political circles only! And so the US Constitution was therefore clearly written by a group of elitists in order to preserve their own legal rights only with this tradition being carried over in this era. The like-minded diabolically insane psychiatrists picked this up a long time ago and set up their kangaroo civil court system in order to feed off of this flaw in the American system. A question which may of course arise is what if a person really is sick for a period of time in manners which dulls their judgement, and such illnesses could come from being overtired, jet lag, social drinking, prescribed medications, heat exhaustion, hypothermia on a cold day, infectious diseases, surgical emergencies, etc… Well it appears to me that it is precisely when someone may actually be sick and vulnerable to being abused that their legal rights must be protected. And having been trained as a physician myself and knowing full well how cruel many doctors can be, particularly psychiatrists, I want to know why any competent judge in America would trust anyone’s welfare with doctors, let alone psychiatrists, of all people!
