Although psychiatrists are put through the same rigorous clinical training in medical school as other types of physicians, they are incompetent physicians. A good history and physical exam along with standard lab tests is essential for a proper diagnosis or well check up even if you are into Natural Health Care and Complementary Medicine. Psychiatrists consistently say that they take into account such issues as drug and alcohol abuse, allergies, deconditioning, smoking, and poor diets in their differential diagnoses before hitting most of their patients with the trendy diagnostic labels of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression. However, the bottom line is psychiatrists rarely if ever do an adequate medical work up. And their histories are always severely lacking. They rarely if ever take a complete drug and alcohol history. And the psychiatrists rarely if ever ask about your diet and possible allergies. They also rarely if ever ask about how well you are staying in shape. This is a really serious matter. It appears most if not all victims of psychiatry are lucky if they are ever given a proper medical work up again after being seen by psychiatrists. This not only leads to catastrophic psychiatric misdiagnoses, it also leads to often missing medical illnesses which are treatable, such as anemia, cancer, infectious diseases, nutritional deficiencies, drug and alcohol abuse, and overexposure to tobacco smoke, smog, and other environmental hazards. So many lives are ruined because of this it is tragic. In fact what is really sad is it appears other types of physicians are often not aware of this matter, and if they were they would and should generally be enraged about the psychiatrists instead of in support of them. It really does take a high degree of dedication to keep learning about health care and to be careful when working to properly diagnose and treat patients as is the case with what for arguments sake I will refer to as real doctors herein. And yet the entire profession often comes across looking like it is made up of a bunch of incompetent crazed quacks because of misinformation about and from the psychiatrists and the associated horrible damages the psychiatrists do not just to their patients but also to the reputation of other doctors and the entire medical profession. The other doctors enter post graduate training and practice generally using the intense rigorous training they went through in medical school with an understanding they will now also be students for life who must keep learning more and more to keep abreast of medical developments. But the doctors going into psychiatry all end up leaving all of the rigors of medical school training behind them within the first few weeks into their psychiatry training programs and figure they are on easy street for the remainder of their careers since they all stop practicing real medicine in a very short time. And of course all too often we see non-psychiatric physicians who simply endorse the tyrannical psychiatric system of enslavement, torture and death and who work alongside the psychiatrists to implement such brutal tyranny. These type of doctors are paid well to sit beside the psychiatrists in their cursory civil kangaroo court mental health care proceedings aimed at legalizing this barbarism before crooked and sadistic county judges.
