The psychiatric courts across the USA which have been legislated into law as legal by the state lawmakers in all 50 states do not serve any affirmative purpose and violate the human rights of innocent men, women and children daily. After very swift testimony by psychiatrists and other physicians with no sworn in testimony and no juries at these kangaroo civil court proceedings the presiding judges essentially assign psychiatrists as "torturers" and "executioners" to the innocent targets of these proceedings. The US feds and cops thereafter enforce the cruel stigmatization associated with these sham court proceedings against the victims for the remainder of their now pained lives even if they make it out of the court ordered psychiatric intervention alive.
