US Department of Justice Using Mental Health Civil Court Cases As If They Are Supreme Court Orders For Genocide!

The civil mental health county judges and psychiatrists along with other doctors across the United States in all 50 states have created mini feudal states over which they govern with no concerns at all for the US Constitution and US Supreme Court decisions which are aimed at protecting the freedoms of Americans. A careful review of what is going on here shows us that the entire US Constitution and Supreme Court decisions themselves are therefore actually not enforceable under the guidelines of the tyrants who have devised mini nations within a nation with their concepts of mental health care which is actually mental health care tyranny. Anybody's legal rights in the USA can be swiftly taken away in the nations kangaroo county civil court proceedings where there is no sworn in testimony and no juries. Dreams, careers, families, fortunes, and entire lifetimes of hard work are wiped away in a flash based on the unscientific subjective biases of the psychiatrists, other doctors they briefly testify with and the county judges at these hearings. And what are referred to as legal and psychiatric concepts of incompetence which the public is lead to believe are proper grounds for these proceedings are relative and subjective concepts which generally have no real basis in the real emotional or intellectual state of the victims of these proceedings. In fact very intelligent people who are perhaps sometimes eccentric  find their lives are catastrophically ruined by these proceedings not because they are wrong but because their own defense is correct and not well understood by the psychiatrists, other doctors and judges who feel intimidated by their intelligence. The swift decisions at these hearings even if resulting in temporary court orders for unwanted and unnecessary psychiatric intervention are than often carried over for a lifetime  by a belligerent and hostile US Department of Justice which behaves as if these court orders are US Supreme Court orders for the genocide of these people with associated public ridicule and blacklists. Only the very wealthy with generous and compassionate families can generally survive all of this well.
