USA Does Not Enforce Laws To Protect Psychiatric Victims From Discrimination

The US federal government, states and American psychiatrists insist the USA is not a mental health care human rights abuser nation and that there are laws intact to protect people who were at onetime told they were mentally ill from career discrimination and other forms of discrimination if they get better or were never actually sick to begin with.  But, any such laws are clearly intentionally not enforced by the feds, states and psychiatrists!
