Hawaii's psychiatrists rank among the most pathetic psychopaths in American psychiatry. Instead of using the natural beauty of the Hawaiian islands to promote natural mental health they use neuroleptics, lithium and the other psychiatric poisons to promote mental illness for huge profits in the Aloha state just like elsewhere across the USA!
