It is propaganda to say the psychiatrists use court ordered intervention to help people with their mental health and their lives. These sham cases are simply a legalization of psychiatric enslavement, torture and a lifetime of stigmatization enforced by the psychiatrists themselves for huge profits. If someone is actually guilty of a crime they have a much better chance of being dealt with fairly with the criminal justice system.
