"A Deep State which works with psychiatrists and psychologists has been taking over the USA"!

Press Release: It appears I was mistaken to have implied past living presidents Carter, Clinton, Obama and it seems even both Bushs, who are Texans, and the late President Reagan or present President Trump may have shared responsibility for the continued abuses over decades leading up to and in the aftermath of "The Texas Enslavement & Torture Case" (http://t1c.blogspot.com). In fact now I have deep regrets for ever having suggested this should have been a basis for impeachment proceedings for any of them and for having written any free-lance articles along these lines. I was recently invited to be on the Advisory Board of Targeted Justice (https://www.targetedjustice.com) and after reviewing their work I have accepted this appointment. It has now become clear for me for the first time that a Deep State exists in the USA which has been threatening the foundations of the nation from within. This Deep State (usually FBI, DHS, or CIA) has been simply choosing Americans to unwillingly participate in an experimental government torture program. It is a cruel program which uses psychotronic warfare and it really does continue over lifetimes and completely destroys careers, personal relationships and financial well being. The members of this Deep State have a vision of controlling the entire USA and even the world based on their own bigoted views and are completely indifferent to the US Constitution or even Supreme Court decisions. They work autonomously without ever having been elected by the citizens to do so and they arrogantly disregard the law with an insistence that their line of work allows them this privilege. It became less and less likely to me over the years that any one president was responsible for this since it has been ongoing regardless of who has been president or which political party has been in control. Any other legal problems which individual presidents may be confronted with do not seem to be related to this issue and should be matters for them and their lawyers to confront.
