Being labelled with mental illness
by psychiatrists and other doctors does not mean someone actually
suffers from any mental illness. In fact being legally labelled with
stigmatizing labels of mental illness in an American court or another
court worldwide does not mean a person suffers from mental illness or
that a person is a criminal. And in instances wherein a person may in
fact suffer from some type of mental illness voluntary psychiatric
intervention and court proceedings resulting in forced psychiatric
intervention generally exacerbate mental health issues and other health
problems and lead to wasted lives with no hope for the
