Texas and Other Southern States Should Have Been Allowed to Secede!

The Texas psychiatrists, police and judges are so unusually brutal and corrupt with support from the other southern US states that I am very sorry Texas and the entire south was not allowed to secede from the USA instead of having had the US Civil War!
