County Judges Who Run Psychiatric Genocide Treadmill Kangaroo Courts Belong In Jail

Not only is the appeals process deficient or perhaps even not existent for local mental health care court proceedings across the entire United States, the county judges who preside at these proceedings simply do whatever they desire to their victims without any regard for proper court procedures and the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. People are brutally kidnapped, drugged up and dragged frightened into these swift civil court proceedings with no formal charges or rights read to them. They are held in mental hospitals, which are actually concentration camps, where they are beaten, drugged, thrown in isolation with no provocation, and sexually assaulted in preparation for their swift moment in court. Lawyers assigned to represent them by the states are overworked and generally have only a moment or two to speak with them just prior to the court appearances. There are no juries and no sworn in testimony at these hearings. Any two physicians, usually a psychiatrist and another type of physician, briefly testify at these hearings in the absence of any proper and evaluations of the targets of the proceedings being done. In Houston, Texas a killer local judge by the name of Scanlan set a speed record for these proceedings where with the assistance of "The Texas Butcher" , Dr Theodore Pearlman, over the course of their careers they have pushed dozens of these cases through their court room ,which is associated with the University of Texas School of Medicine, every morning for decades. Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona has been fighting hard for first place in swiftly pushing cases through their civil court room with a minute or two spent on cases each morning. The states across the USA and the US feds deal with these cases as if they are as legitimate as detailed jury trials and whether the disposition by the judges is 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months of outpatient treatment, even in the absence of any criminal charges or convictions, lives are permanently ruined across the USA thereafter with federal and police badgering, public ridicule, and blacklists. The cases generally are the result of petty disputes between family members, educators and students, bosses and employees, the police and citizens, or other such matters. Generally no serious crimes, if any crimes at all, have actually been committed and the targets of these proceedings are generally not actually mentally ill. However, because of the legalization of American psychiatry the US government will nevertheless try to put them aside as mentally ill misfits for the remainder of their now tormented lives. And so even if these people did suffer from some type of emotional upset, which from all of this abuse is likely in any event, they will now have little chance of full recovery and healthy and productive lives because of these sham civil court proceedings, due to a chronically abusive US Depatment of Justice which works with the psychiatrists who together will refuse to thereafter ever recognize these people again for their achievements and capacity in life. The county judges who carelessly waste lives daily in such manners with no regard for the Constitutional rights of the victims of these proceedings have created self-governing feudal states within the USA whereiin they simply do whatever they want to people with absolutely no regard for the actual mental health of the targets of these proceedings, the laws in the country or for human decency and they are brutal human rights abusers who belong in jail.
