A student or scientist could be arrested for cruelty to animals if they did what the US government working with the American psychiatrists does to people!

On a daily basis US feds and cops working with the psychiatrists have been directing high intensity satellite drone electronic warfare into the brains of human rights activists and their children. This is being done to attempt to manipulate their thoughts, emotions and actions to make them think they are mentally ill, appear to be mentally ill, or to actually make them mentally ill. In attempts to drive the targets of this brutal tyranny to kill themselves electric shocks are used as aversive stimuli shot into the brains of the targets of this treachery each time they do things, think things and feel things in what are actually normal manners.
