The United States government is the only government in the world which chronically uses money as a weapon to sadistically and randomly create life threatening pain and suffering for poor people and their families instead of using money as positive reinforcement to help people produce well in life and to enjoy their lives. The clearly criminal United States government works with the nations like-minded diabolically insane psychiatrists and psychologists to use money and the refusal of proper financial compensation as a weapon of destruction against sane, talented, well educated, and law abiding people who are nevertheless poor. These people who are intentionally kept in or pushed into poverty in the USA are often intentionally and sadistically mislabelled as being mentally ill. Their painful circumstances are used to fuel the large profits of the psychiatrists and psychologists in the mental health care welfare state which is emerging across the USA.
