Mental health care human rights abuses from over 30 years ago are being upheld against survivors of this tyranny in Pennsylvania instead of moving for reforms and a fresh start in life for its victims. Other leading mental health care human rights abuser states across the USA with similar ignorant and oppressive policies are Texas, Arizona, California, Hawaii, New York, and Florida. However, the bottom line is it appears all of the states across the U.S.A. actually appear to have similarly poor track records in dealing with mental health care human rights issues as influenced by the rigid and ignorant attitudes of the U.S. federal government in dealing with mental health care issues.
