U.S. Civil Mental Health Care Court Hearings Are Tyrannical

The county mental health care judges who preside at the swift, fixed civil mental health care hearings across the USA are not trained in or licensed to do anything. They are bumbs appointed by crooked politicians who want them to simply help them maintain a hold on power. These county judges are psychotically removed from the realities of the people whom they pass split second decisions on based on the whims of the diabolically insane psychiatrists whom the county judges not only work closely with but with whom they also often socialize with. There are no juries and no sworn in testimony at these civil court hearings. And the judges actually simply do whatever they feel like doing at these proceedings with no regard for the US Constitution or Supreme Court rulings with the position that the victims of this tyranny deserve no legal rights. Scores of perfectly sane and competent people are destroyed in a conveyer belt fashion by these proceedings daily simply because someone with more money and power than them decided to get rid of them. The judges who preside at these proceedings, like the psychiatrists they work with, are all actually dangerous criminal human rights abusers. But be careful with them because if you were kidnapped by the police to one of the mental hospital concentration camps, beaten, drugged and dragged down to one of the civil court rooms today it appears no person in this country, including the most powerful lawyers, could do one thing to save you if an irate psychiatrist asked for "Life" in an institution and the county judge simply smiled and said, "OK, Life", even if you do not suffer from any mental illnesses and even if you are not a criminal. Also, consider people who may in fact be suffering from some type of emotional disturbance clearly are not receiving proper and humane treatment in such settings. And if someone is actually guilty of a crime this represents cruel and unusual punishment at the hands of the brutal psychiatrists.
