Sadistic Use of Mental Health Court Proceedings in USA

The US government uses swift, fixed kangaroo civil mental health care court proceedings to sadistically have perfectly sane, intellectually and emotionally intelligent, and law abiding social activists, who are generally poor or who are often driven into poverty, dealt with as if they are mentally ill for the remainder of their tormented lives. And most of the American public does not want to challenge the government on this and simply goes along with enforcing such horrible mental health care human rights abuses due to legitimate fears that they too could be targeted for such abuses if they challenge the system.
